They are raised with the same hydroponic care as the tomatoes and chillies, picked at their freshest and handled as gently as the heirlooms. Some bring real flavour — peppery, sweet, herbal — and all of them bring colour.
Because blooms do not wait, edible flowers are cut to order and travel quickly, so they reach the kitchen as bright as they left the farm.
