Roots round out the farm alongside the tomatoes and leafy crops. We grow a rotating selection of heirloom carrots, radishes and specialty tubers — chosen for flavour, colour and character rather than uniformity.
Some are raised hydroponically; others in organic highland soil, depending on what each variety needs to taste its best.
Like everything on the farm, roots are picked and graded by hand and sold fresh.
